I can not find RosterExchangeProvider in smack4.0.7

I down load the library here: http://www.igniterealtime.org/builds/smack/

and read the help document here :http://http://www.igniterealtime.org/builds/smack/docs/4.0.7/documentation/

when i use the smack4.0.7 library, i can not find the class RosterExchangeProvider, which can be found in the API doc@
